Return and Refund Policy

Damaged or Defective Products
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- A full refund or replacement will be issued after verification.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).
