Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment:
    You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first. To cancel, please contact our customer support at [Email/Phone].
  • After Shipment:
    Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return after delivery (see Return Policy below).

Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
  • A full refund or replacement will be issued after verification.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).
